Our big 50 reunion is coming up in 3 years ... but we should start laying ground work now. This reunion is going to be held on graduation day. So, for now write that in your appointment book and calendar's and in minds. We should all be retired by then so no excuses. I will help with the reunion but I will need help. Please volunteer! I cannot do this alone. I will not do this alone! This is too big to screw up and I need fresh ideas! So.. please help ...

We need people to just spread the word .. talk about it to friends from school you would be surprised at how many people talk to each other and thinks the other knows about the reunion and they don't and they miss out...
We need people with computer skills at finding our lost people ... or people who know where some or one of our lost people are to let them know or with their permission, give us their information.. or even you guys that we have email for but no current snail mail address for ...

I heard from Rita that you are no longer willing to plan the reunion activites. If this is true you need to post something here. I know things change over two years and there maybe reasons why you have changed your mine.

Since you told people over 2 years ago both here and on classmates that you were doing the planning you need to step up and do it or tell people you're not.

The only person I have heard from is Rita and she said you and she were willing to help but neither of you were going to do the planing, put the event together. If that is true you need to step up and tell everyone of the 300 plus people that have read this post that you have changed your mine.

I must apoloize for I have been very remiss in notfiying you of my health status and being unable to organize the reunion for our big '50' reunion!
I was hoping that I would be able to do it but after the third back surgery this September I knew I would not be able to do it. I am very sorry for not letting you and Christina know sooner. Christina was going to send out a letter notifing you of the what and wherefores but I did not keep her up to date on my condition.
Christina, I am very sorry for any inconvenience I have caused you. And I am very sorry for disappointing anyone expecting me to organize the party.
Please people step up and help with this reunion it is too important to let it pass by without a celebration. The more people who help the less there is to do. Christina is willing to do the hardest job. So, step up and give a hand.

Dear 1960 classmates Barbara Smith and Rita Schutty have been chatting and doing some reunion planing this is the information I have so far.

Graduation is June 11th so that would be the date we meet at the school to receive our "honorary diploma" with the graduating class of 2010.

The reunion dinner will be the 12th the locanion is still being researched. I should know the location soon and will provide complete details as soon as I have that information.

Classes of 1960 time to meet at the EHS office on June 11, 2010 is no later then 2:45PM. There will be a no host get together after the graduation at Pier 29 located at 1148 Ballena Blvd Alameda CA. All are welcome to join us.
